Turn your chest 45° towards the leg behind
Incline your chest 30° infront in respect to the perpendicular line
Pull your chin inwards towards the throat and pull the back of the neck up
Ruotate your hips to the front making sure the cocx is in line
with the perpendicular of the back foot heel.
